The OSC is a not-for-profit foundation which plans:

- to build an Elizabethan replica theatre centre in Lower Manhattan.

- to house America’s premiere Shakespeare acting company
and drama academy nurturing new acting and writing talent.

- to create a free Shakespeare museum open to the public
and a research center for scholars.

- to build Manhattan’s newest tourist attraction.
